Corporate Overview: One Stop LeaderShop is a registered trademark of Vogan Consulting Services, Inc, (VCSI).VCSI is a Pennsylvania corporation, formed in 2006, for the purpose of developing the One Stop LeaderShop program and making it available to leaders everywhere.

The One Stop LeaderShop program was created by Author/Educator Mary E. Vogan, after many years as an operations executive in financial services. Her Practical Guide to Business Operations is the product of a wonderfully satisfying career and a desire to help other leaders also succeed.

Mary E. Vogan, CEO
Mary Vogan has been an executive manager of financial services operations for more than 25 years, with expertise in the investment lines of business including capital markets, wealth management, and brokerage. She knows how to drive exceptional performance.

Prior to her career as author and educator, Mary was Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Operations for Fleet National Bank, which was later acquired by Bank of America. Before joining Fleet, she was Executive Vice President and Director of Capital Markets Operations for Signet Bank in Richmond, Virginia. Mary is originally from the Philadelphia area where her career began as Manager of Treasury Operations for Fidelity Bank. She is a graduate of Villanova University.

Mary is dedicated to business operations as a professional discipline and is known for building vibrant and respected support teams.

Charitable Giving: One Stop LeaderShop is dedicated to leadership development, and we hope to fund a variety of educational opportunities for deserving recipients. That’s why 5% of revenue from the sale of every One Stop LeaderShop guidebook will be deposited directly into a charitable giving account. All funds in the account will be used to manufacture copies of the guidebook for distribution to the following three segments: Members of the United States military who are returning to civilian life, women who are returning to the workforce after a period of absence, and students coming out of business school who need an extra advantage for launching their careers in management.
